Bitter chocolate grown on the island of Madagascar forms the flavor basis of velvety mousse... add some vanilla creme brulee and crunchy feuilletine made in our kitchen and then more chocolate, all on a base of (what else?) chocolate sponge cake. Could there be a more appropriate name for this cake than Desire ?
