Depending on your version of @mail follow those directions:
If this is not what your version of @mail looks like, then go to Version 2 below. If it is, keep reading Version 1.
Version 1
Go to preferences
Go to account preferences
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Here you will fill in all your appropriate information. However you have to be careful for a number of reasons.The first is that there is a character limit, and the second is that some symbols don’t translate properly so when you save it and it attaches your signature looks funny to the recipient.
Put in your signature information.
Click Save Settings on the bottom right.
Send a message from your account another e-mail you have or an e-mail of a friend and make sure it looks exactly how you want it to look.
Version 2
